		<description>To add to this article - in our experience USAA short sale negotiators are far more knowledgeable than your average B of A/Wells/Chase negotiators.  They understand state specific laws regarding short sales and are prepared with data and facts prior to discussing their files.  If you are going to negotiate a USAA short sale you better be at the top of your game as well!  Like credit unions, USAA will play the same sympathy card - &quot;we did not get bailout money&quot;, &quot; we are looking out for our members&quot;, etc.  USAA is also one of the few lenders out there that actually is interested in a seller&#039;s financial hardship - the stronger the hardship the higher the chance at success. - BG</description>
