Homehelper Consultants gladly accepts short sale referrals from licensed agents and brokers. Upon successful close of escrow HHC will pay a referral based on the following schedule: Sales Price – Referral Fee* $100,000 – $200,000 15% $200,001 – $400,000 20% $400,001 – Above 25% Please note referral fees are paid as a percentage of gross commission earned in the transaction. Please keep in mind, HHC not only accepts your referral but CLOSES the transaction as well! Our goal is to create a win-win for all parties involved.
